This Privacy Policy explains how InSights collects, uses, and protects your information. We prioritize your privacy and do not store LinkedIn credentials, do not track personal behavior across sites, and only collect minimal data necessary to operate the service.

This policy covers InSights.visaoenhance.com and any related email communications. InSights is designed with privacy-first principles—we collect very little information and use it only for the purposes stated below.
2. What Information We Collect
User-Provided Information

- • Search queries and preferences (if/when you create an account)
- • Important: We do NOT collect or store your LinkedIn password or LinkedIn account credentials
Automatically Collected Information
- • Analytics: Via Vercel Analytics—page views, device type, browser, referrer (country-level location only)
- • Server logs: IP address, timestamp, request type (for security and debugging)
- • Error tracking: Bug reports and errors (anonymized)
- • Note: We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
Information We Do NOT Collect
- • LinkedIn credentials or account tokens
- • LinkedIn private profile data
- • Your browsing behavior on LinkedIn
- • Engagement history on third-party platforms
- • Why: We only surface publicly visible posts from public search results. We have no way to access or store private LinkedIn data.

- • Database: Supabase—EU-based, GDPR-compliant (Supabase Privacy Policy applies)
- • Legal requirement: Law enforcement, if required by court order
Who We Don't Share With
- • LinkedIn (we have no integration)
- • Marketing or advertising platforms
- • Any third party without consent
- • Note: Under current practices, we do not voluntarily share your data with third parties
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- • Early access emails: Retained indefinitely (or until you request deletion)
- • Contact form submissions: Retained for 1 year (or until deletion requested)
- • Analytics data: Anonymized and retained per Vercel's policy
- • Server logs: Typically retained for 30 days, then deleted
- • Your right: You can request deletion of your email and associated data anytime. Email us at info@visaoenhance.com and we'll respond within 7–10 business days
6. Security
- • HTTPS: All communication is encrypted
- • No passwords: We don't store passwords (no user accounts yet)
- • Database security: Supabase with Row-Level Security policies
- • Honest limitation: While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We recommend not sharing sensitive information
7. Third-Party Links & Services
- • Our service may include links to LinkedIn or other third-party sites—those sites have their own privacy policies we do not control
- • Your responsibility: When you visit LinkedIn or other third-party sites, you're subject to their privacy policies, not ours
- • Clarification: InSights does not have official access to LinkedIn APIs or data
8. GDPR & Data Protection
- • GDPR compliance: We comply with GDPR for EU data subjects
- • Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, data portability
- • Data processor: Supabase is our data processor
- • Basis for processing: Legitimate interest (early access) and user consent (email signup)

9. Children & Young Users
- • InSights is for professionals 18 and older
- • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
