These Terms of Service explain the rules for using InSights. By signing up for early access or using our site, you agree to these terms. We're a young product—these terms are straightforward and user-friendly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- • By accessing or using InSights, you agree to these terms
- • If you disagree, please do not use InSights
- • These terms may change. If they do, we'll notify you. Continued use means acceptance
2. Service Description
What InSights Does
- • Surfaces publicly visible LinkedIn posts (indexed by Google Custom Search)
- • Helps you organize discovered posts in a dashboard
- • Provides search rule management and filtering
- • Suggests AI-powered comment ideas (Pro/Premium tiers)
- • Key: InSights is a discovery and research tool—it does not automate any actions on LinkedIn
What InSights Does NOT Do
- • Does not post, comment, like, or message on LinkedIn on your behalf
- • Does not scrape LinkedIn
- • Does not require or store your LinkedIn password
- • Does not offer API integration with LinkedIn
- • Does not bypass LinkedIn's terms or policies
- • Important: You alone are responsible for all actions you take on LinkedIn
3. User Eligibility & Accounts
- • You must be 18+ or of legal age in your jurisdiction
- • You represent that you have the right to enter into this agreement
- • InSights is for legitimate professional discovery only—not spam, harassment, or manipulation
- • If we launch user accounts, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential
4. User Responsibilities
You Agree To
- • Use InSights for lawful purposes only
- • Not violate any LinkedIn terms of service
- • Not use InSights to build spamming lists, scrape email addresses, or bypass LinkedIn's restrictions
- • Respect intellectual property rights of others
- • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to InSights
- • Note: We're not responsible for how you use the information InSights surfaces
User Responsibility Statement
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of InSights complies with the terms and policies of any third-party platform they choose to engage with.
You Will NOT
- • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or hack InSights
- • Send spam or harassment through InSights
- • Use automated tools to circumvent service limits
- • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- • Violate LinkedIn's terms of service
5. Intellectual Property
- • Our IP: InSights brand, software, UI, content—all owned by Visao, LLC
- • Your IP: You retain rights to any content you create (search rules, notes)
- • LinkedIn IP: LinkedIn content remains LinkedIn's. InSights merely surfaces publicly visible content
- • Note: InSights does not claim ownership of posts or content discovered. Users may be subject to LinkedIn's terms when engaging with posts
6. Third-Party Services & Disclaimers
- • Google Custom Search: InSights relies on Google to index LinkedIn posts. Google indexing is not guaranteed
- • LinkedIn: InSights is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially integrated with LinkedIn
- • Availability: LinkedIn may change its public-search indexing at any time, which may affect InSights' ability to surface posts
- • User responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms of service when you engage on LinkedIn
7. Acceptable Use & Misuse
Prohibited Uses
- • Spamming, harassment, or bulk messaging
- • Scraping contact information for spam lists
- • Automated interactions with discovered posts
- • Bypassing rate limits or service restrictions
- • Enforcement: Violation may result in account suspension or termination
We May Suspend If
- • You violate these terms
- • You violate LinkedIn's terms of service (if we become aware)
- • Suspected fraudulent activity
- • Note: Suspension is at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you, but may act quickly if necessary
8. Limitation of Liability
- • Disclaimer: InSights is provided "as-is" without warranty
- • No guarantee: Search results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
- • Google reliance: Because we rely on Google's search index, InSights accuracy depends on Google's indexing
- • Third-party risk: We are not responsible for LinkedIn's policies, outages, or changes to how it's indexed
- • Liability cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any). We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages
9. Service Availability & Changes
- • No uptime guarantee: InSights is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- • Maintenance: We may take the service offline for maintenance with or without notice
- • Feature changes: We may add, remove, or modify features at any time
- • Early-stage note: We are improving InSights based on user feedback
10. Early Access Terms
- • Limited access: Early access is temporary and may be revoked
- • Data wipe: We may delete your data after early access ends. Export important information
- • No guarantee of launch: InSights features are in development. We do not guarantee full feature availability
- • Feedback: By using InSights during early access, you grant us permission to use your feedback
11. Pricing & Billing
- • Pricing: Rates subject to change with 30 days' notice
- • Billing cycles: Monthly, billed on the date you signed up
- • Refunds: Refund policy available at checkout. Contact us for exceptions
- • Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation is effective at end of billing period
- • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes
12. Termination
- • By user: Cancel anytime from your account
- • By us: We may terminate for TOS violation or business reasons, with 30 days' notice (or immediately for egregious violations)
- • Effect: All rights to use InSights terminate immediately. We may retain anonymized analytics
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- • Governing law: Laws of the State of Florida and U.S. federal law
- • Informal resolution: We encourage you to contact us first: info@visaoenhance.com
- • Small claims court: Available as an alternative to arbitration
- • Note: Any disputes will be resolved individually, not as class action
